Then create a foolproof Windows binary of the gEDA toolkit which installs on arbitrary Windows systems. Put it in a place where folks can download it. Modify the gEDA wiki to point to it. Assuming it works, the download link will quickly find its way to the main gEDA downloads page. Unless I am missing something (always possible), somebody actually *doing* that work is what is missing here.
