        Yeah.  My rational for prepend vs append is that
with prepend it is a sort of in your face type thing.  Append is a little
bit more laid back and not quite so obnoxious.  Usually with a custom
version of something I want to know (and would like the users to know
that they are running a custom version).

        I don't really want to host something that isn't ready for
general consumption.  However, once the major kinks are worked out...
(I'm going to probably regret this next statement)... but I would be
happy to host the w32 installers on the geda sites (probably on sf with
a link on the main download page to control bandwidth usage).
