My server has rsync installed and tested already.  It's a rented virtual server 
for my domains.
The physical location is CA USA, flows data at up to 10MB/sec, a ping from 
Texas looks like:

64 bytes from 76.191.252.85: icmp_seq=0 ttl=45 time=75.0 ms
64 bytes from 76.191.252.85: icmp_seq=1 ttl=45 time=62.4 ms
64 bytes from 76.191.252.85: icmp_seq=2 ttl=45 time=63.9 ms
