Thank all developers for your admirably hard and progressive work on the package. just my personal note (slightly off-topic, I must confess): I'd appreciate very much if new versions of PCB could please still be built without cairo. cairo is desperately slow on most of my machines. Historically, I have never needed newer complicated features for editing schematics, whereas PCB develops very dynamically; I mean, it's maintainers often add new exciting possibilities which are very attractive for me (again, it is my deeply personal feeling).
