It appears as though if I run make reconfig after getting the code from the git repository, configure fails in gschem when checking for the libgeda repository dependency. I'm building on a macbook if that makes any difference.
If I just run make config and then sudo make install after getting the code from the git repository it works fine. I'm somewhat new to gnu build tools and building open source projects, and it's not apparent to me how to fix this issue (though it has gotten me to read up more on autoconf, etc.).
