I built gEDA from CVS on Jan/22, which seems to have a problem with
the Add/Component Selection dialog.
If you have a symbol directory that is empty and you select it, then you can
not add any other symbols. Any directory that you select, including those
with symbols in them, show nothing in the right hand pane, or the preview.
You have to close the dialog and reopen it to add more symbols.
The problem does not exist in the CVS build from Dec/30/2004.
I do not have any builds between Dec/30 and Jan/22 to try.
Example:
(component-library "${HOME}/gEDA/SYM/74")
on my system is empty. Selecting "74" from the dialog
makes the dialog non-functional.
Everything works fine as long as you do not select a directory that contains
no *.sym files.
