| Hi,

| Here's a patch that Debian is using to build Icarus verilog 0.8 with g++
| 4.0. We are currently having a mass transition to gcc/g++ 4.0.

Patch applied to the v0.8 branch (cvs tag v0_8-branch). Note that some
of the changes in this patch were already applied by previous patches.
You can get the tip of the branch with the command:

cvs -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/home/demon/anoncvs login
cvs -d :pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/home/demon/anoncvs get -r v0_8-branch verilog

| Steve, I attempted to email you this directly but your system won't
| accept my mail because it comes from "pro-spam lawyers CIHost".
| Does this come from one of the RBLs in particular? I do route my
| outbound mail through a server rented from CIHost.

Seems to be a block-list that has outlived its usefulness. CIHost had
in the past been filing harassment lawsuits against various black-list
maintainers instead of cleaning up its own spam problems. But I see
from my logs that the cilost entry is not blocking spam anymore (just you)
so I'll remove it and see what happens.
