Getting the computers and other stuff to MIT (assuming we can hold it
there [1]) will be easy enough.  I also intend to bring a hub to solve the
one-port problem.

I did have one logistics thought:  IRC.  I haven't done IRC before
(yes, I live in a cave), but I am apprehensive that since we'll have
several people communicating on IRC, we'll end up spending most of our
time typing to our far-off friends, and won't be able to hack.  I
wonder if we should recruit a non-developer helper to hang out on IRC
while we're there and verbally relay questions and advice?  That
person might also play the role of go-fer.

[1]  I have a call in to the computer user group coordinator, but
haven't spoken to him in person yet.  We won't be confirmed until I
can touch base with him.  I will continue trying to reach him.
