And let the first coat of epoxy set before gluing the foil on. I assume you're smart enough to figure that one out, but for the sake of the archives I'm making it explicit: kids, don't glue the foil directly to the electrical bits! stackup: epoxy 3 - protects foil from chemicals. foil - blocks photons epoxy 2 - glues foil to epoxy 1 epoxy 1 - insulates board from foil board I suppose you could press a layer of fiberglass into epoxy 3 to protect it from physical damage too.
