Ooops, sorry, my fault, forgot to mention in the readme that you need GPMI installed (svn://svn.libgpmi.org/gpmi/trunk). Anyway this version doesn't really use GPMI yet so I think I should fix the cofigure script so it could go without GPMI as well.
