We built a board for internal use that has 12 500 kS/s 16-bit serial ADCs. They connect to an XC3S400 FPGA, and from there to a PC host via USB. The whole board measures about 5x10 inches, and draws 5.5 Watts from unregulated +12V (i.e., battery). Including gain-switching and signal averaging, it effectively has about 170 dB of dynamic range. It works reliably in the field. Tell me if you want more info. - Larry _______________________________________________ geda-user mailing list [email protected] http://www.seul.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/geda-user
