Well, I didn't know they were in there, but from looking at it, my first impressions are: Those have pins, mine doesn't. Mine has graphical=1, those don't. Thus, mine doesn't need a footprint assigned to it. Those use the net= assignment, mine is just a pretty box around the netname text for the net itself (i.e. mine don't have any of their own attributes).
