I have fixed the wiki and editing can resume. Please report any
wiki issues as it may be upgrade breakage.
I have moved the transistor_guide into place. Thanks so much
for this documentation work, Bogdan. Greatly appreciated! Now I can remove
all traces of the old documentation and we can have pure wiki docs. And
I am so much closer to getting out a release.
