10 ohm resistor between the LDO and the control transistor (LDO -> resistor -> P-MOS -> cap -> OLED). ~300mV Vpp ripple across the resistor, 30mV to 300mV absolute. That would be 3mA to 30mA That's at 8.4KHz It's not a sine wave; it's 15uS rise and 104uS fall.
