This is getting comical.  Here's the results-de-jour:

I have seven flavors of gcc: gcc, gcc-c++, gcc-gfortran, gcc-gnat,
gcc-java, gcc-objc and gcc-objc++.  Would installing gcc and gcc-c++
be fine?
