I've been working with BatchPCB on some stuff (it all started with that post about drill files ;) and managed to talk them into updating their FAQ and front page about their four layer board service. OK, I'm doing this to get the panel with *my* board filled faster :-)
BatchPCB four layer rules: 6/6 w/ 13 mil minimum drill. (note: DRCbot is being updated still).
