http://www.delorie.com/electronics/usb-gpio/led-raster-1.jpg Paste one cell (in my case, two LEDs per cell). Route the internal traces. Copy/paste it to make 2 cells. Copy/paste that to make 10. Route that row. Copy/paste that row into 10 columns. Route one column, copy/paste the extra traces to other columns.
