My problem is solved. In the subckt sch. instead of
giving the pin name in refdes, I had given the P1 P2 like that. And
the pin name was given separately.
After correcting I'm able to netlist my top level.
But my netlist is flattened. Is there any way to get
hierarchical netlist (netlist with subckts)
