No. Faced with this need in the past, I would take the assy drawing emitted by pcb and then embedd it into a Visio drawing. (I believe I exported .png which could be embedded into Visio.) Then, I would add text and other annotations (e.g. dimensions) using Visio. You could probably use any common 2D drawing program to do the same thing.
