web-based applications are crap ! I can't edit the 'Subject:' field. I'm nor committed to any particular linux. All GNU/linux should work. My geda-0.0.2 was installed under Mandrake9. Since multiple scripts handle/block running as root, I don't want to add extra complications by trying to over-ride the designers. I expect to be able to d/l the archives and install and run per the written instructions.
Please someone tell me how 'dbus-launch' fits into geda? == TIA.
