* I would go through many blades. * The edges wouldn't be that straight. I've thought of getting carbide scroll saw blades, but you'd also want dual-cut blades to clean up the underside edge. That means specialty blades, which are expensive, and they'd still dull pretty quickly. The soldering challenge boards were only 99 inches of cutting and I recall not liking using the scroll saw for them.
