Hi, I am sure that this is a stupid question but I have dug through the documentation for PCB and cannot find an answer.
I have turned rubber band mode on. I assume that this is to make nets sticky on
pads so that they will move when I move a foot print. The problem is that some
get sticky and some don't. Any ideas why?
