It works to uninstall the apt-get doxygen and build from source.

Hi all,
Is anyone else seeing doxygen hang when trying to produce docs for
gEDA on Ubuntu Jaunty? Shortly after startup I get:
$ cd gattrib/docs/
$ make doxygen
...
Searching for files in directory /usr/include/c++/4.3/tr1
Searching for files in directory /usr/include/c++/4.3/tr1_impl
and then it hangs (or at least appears to for a very long time) at
100% CPU usage.
I suspect this is a doxygen issue rather than a gEDA one but I thought
I'd check if anyone else is seeing it.
