I noticed tonight that on this page: http://www.gpleda.org/developer.html
the section "Build repository version of gEDA/gaf" seems to be out-of-date. I don't think item 3: "Type: make which will output the required environment variables (...) that must be set before the next step." is still the case, and in "Misc Hints", "make maint" in the top level doesn't work, it needs to be make maintainer-clean.
