Doubtful -- I see changes of 15 degrees or 5 degrees, and the soldermask has no trouble surrounding the pads in a consistent way. I think the moving pads move much more than min resolution amounts. Just notice something else: Zooming in so pads fill the screen, the soldermask disappears.
