Sure - although what I was rather indirectly getting at - is that even for passives which you might "think" you could make the two pins equivalent - there are sometimes cases where it helps to make it explicit. OTOH, I don't like having to go back and fix my schematic just because I decided to rotate a resistor on my board (so the pick + place file puts the resistors so the stripes read in the right order). Perhaps this is something fabs are smart enough to realise.. that a 0 and 180 degree noted resistor are equivalent, so its best to align left-align the start of colour bands.
