hi last year the creation of log files was changed to happen in ~/.gEDA/logs by default. mine has 11MB "du -sh"-size after a few weeks and i have not looked at it once. since i installed a SSD, im a bit picky about such things again :) maybe they should not be created by default (or better be cleaned up/overwritten each time)?
