I think this problem only increases with more devs :) We each think -
no, I'm not sure.. I'll leave that patch for someone else.

We probably ought to have some agreed system of "duty managers" for
different projects / areas, so at least _someone_ feels they are the
person responsible for giving a response or "organising" another
developer to look at the patch in a timely manner.
