If you compile pcb by yourself, you will find a file 'refcard.pdf' in <Install-Path>/share/doc/pcb. This file gives most of the default-accelerators/shortcuts. If you are using pcb from a repository of your distro, this file will be at /usr/share/doc/pcb/refcard.dvi.gz.
