My patch wasn't for the MUCS code, it was for PCB itself. You need the djopt.* files and part of the PCB patch here: http://www.delorie.com/hobbyplat/edatools/ I haven't ported it to 1.99 yet. The MUCS 45-degree patch is for pre-existing non-rectangular polygons, it doesn't affect the routed traces.
