GnuPlot plots (x,y). If I plot the file, I get a semi-ramp. The actual waveform was rectangular. So, I will have to extend the file by adding values to indicate the top or bottom of the waveform.
I was looking for an easy way out. I have scilab which makes it easy to extend the data. tomdean
