In integrated circuit design most primitives (e.g.
MOS, BJT, resistors ...) are scalable and thus take
parameters like W,L,AD,AS,PD,PS,AREA, ...
These parameters should appear in the spice netlist.
Is there a simple way to add additional attributes to
a symbol and have them netlisted by spice-sdb
(preferrably in the form name=value).
(Combining everything into a single long string and
entering this as "value" is not an attractive
solution).
