Your symbol is just way off the page.
B 39400 58000 2000 2200 3 0 0 0 -1 -1 0 -1 -1 -1 -1 -1
should be more like
B 600 300 2000 2200 3 0 0 0 -1 -1 0 -1 -1 -1 -1 -1
See the difference... your is being drawn at X=39400 Y=58000
mine gets drawn at X=600 Y=300
So adjust all of your X,Y positions to much smaller numbers.
