The setup from 20030901 did not work out of the box.

Yes, I am in the last phase or two of it now, but everytime I
get ready to create the dist, I find a release critical bug. :( I hope
to have the last one taken care of tonight. I'm not going to release
till I'm satisfied. :) Using the new version of gEDA/gaf, make xinstall
(or geda setup) will (hopefully) work out of the box.
