Hi Richard, I have created a libary "ASIC" and already submitted it to Ales for the next release.
It contains a set of basic symbols for CMOS semiconductor design. All symbols are ready for netlisting with Stuart's spice-sdb and ngspice. The plan is to extend this library for bipolar and ... in long term for mixed signal simulation with XSpice.
