If you ever have a question as to what will happen in the PCB Gerber file output, it never hurts to plot the board and load the files into a Gerber viewer[*]. IMHO, the earlier you get acquainted with a Gerber viewer, the better-- it's much easier to spot problems when there are only a handful of components on the board. [*] such as http://gerbv.sf.net It can be a little less user-friendly than gerbv at times, but 4pcb.com's FreeDFM service will show you how their software interprets the board files. -- - Charles Lepple
