Semi-open. The licence does not fully comply with OSI requirements. See the
Openmotif FAQ which is very clear on this point.
This can be a showstopper for some distributions. In particular, it is not open
on Windows and OSX platforms.

systems. Or that is how I read it. I would say that's pretty fatal.
