I have seen this, too. But when it looks like Motif, does it feel like Motif, too? Last time, I tried such an app, the answer was no. :-(
The 'universal' GUI is one of the oldest GUI dreams. I have seen several efforts to achieve this goal (Qt, Gtk, C++-views, Awt, ... one of my fellow students even wrote his own universal GUI lib), but noone really succeded.
