It is possible to purchase the article as pdf on the circuit cellar homepage www.circuitcellar.com. I don't know of any shops in Germany that carry this magazine. I have been subscribing for years. I also have the pdf, but I don't think I can make it public. Maybe writing a nice letter to Steve Ciarcia, founder and editor of Circuit Cellar would convince him to donate the article to the open source community after the magazine has been distributed.
