I wish there could be more we could do from afar (I'm in Argentina) - that's the meaning of the first reaction to you announcment (mine). And how grateful we are for the things we get. Even though many bootleg copies and demos of the large EDA packages can be found, the users usually don't realize (as you said) a) what problems these present later on, and b) that there are alternatives. So, in my case (and I'm sure the same with the Chilean friend) I'm just kind of hoping/wishing we could do more to assist and encourage the development. And maybe there could be a way to participate more actively if some kind of on-line meeting would be held. John
