I hate to give any more life to this thread, but.... I have an
excellent book on filter approximation and synthesis. This is not your
typical cookbook filter book, but the real deal, a "must have" if you
have if you wanted to know how S/FILSYN works its magic. It comes
complete with example programs in hardcopy source code format. Luckily
it also has an appendix giving a quick overview of TELCOMP.
