This is very odd. Either my memory is going or someone is playing mean
tricks on me...
You need to add:
(third-button "mousepan")
to a gschemrc file (either ~/.gEDA/gschemrc or a gschemrc in the
current directory). Keep in mind that you lose the pop up menu when you
enable this option.
