Um, I don't think 6 mil space/6 mil trace is fine enough to
successfully use on 1mm pitch BGA. Theory tells me 6 mil space
and 5 mil trace rules (or vice versa) are the minimum.
It's hard to find modern parts (e.g., Xscale-class cpu,
or a mid-size FPGA) that is not in a BGA.
