gEDA-user: Minimum spacing

Hello,
I am trying to set the minimum trace spacing for autorouting and design 
checking in PCB. The help says to type next to a parameter Bloat the value of 
the minimum tracing, just I don't quite understand what is the filename that 
I must edit. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
