I have one and use it often. The scope works well, the control program is frustrating but usable. The program is slow, eats a lot of CPU time even when doing nothing, and sometimes crashes for no apparent reason. I guess this is typical of consumer software, but certainly isn't what I associate with professional instruments (although now that Agilent scopes run under MS-Windows XP, that may change). I have not measured its accuracy, but have not seen any reason to doubt it. Overall a good product for the price, and since I use a computer already for developing embedded devices, requires little added desk area. Don Reid
