I guess this is an update to the 1 August 1989 2nd edition. I can't tell
as I sent mine to get re-bound (used it too much over the years), and
haven't got it back yet. I guess I'll have to keep both in my library.
Anyone have any experience pre-ordering books from overstock.com? The
major drawback I see is that they charge your credit card when you place
the order, not too pleased with that.
