gEDA-user: Orthogonal moves don't work in PCB

I select 3 lines then turn enable orthogonal moves and then move the
group of 3 lines. It allows me to move anywhere. I suggest in this
case to move only in one axis which is what I would expect from enable
orthogonal moves.
