gEDA-user: footprint= values

The library window in the cvs version of pcb now lists in [] the correct 
value for the footprint= attribute for all of the pcblib footprints (all 
2,000 or so).  For the newlib footprints, the displayed name is the 
footprint= name.

Been meaning to get this done for a while but finally found a way which 
seems reliable and accurate.
