We do maintain our own in-house pcb fab facility (mainly for 
space-flight qualified board fab). It turns out that it's quite a 
non-trivial thing to find a vendor that can fab a board to true MIL 
specs. Anyway it's not a "house" in the sense that it's open to the public.
