[geeklog-users] Newbie Block positioning and Featured story text

I just sent a message earlier and here is the link to the page so hopefully one of you can shed some insight.
 
When I try and move the bottom form field it stretches everything. I am trying to line up the left and right blocks with the featured story text so I can mainpulate the header.
